Event Details: August 19 – September 21, 2025

  • Online Sessions - 21 Day Peacefulness Challenge: August 19 to September 19th, 2025. Weekdays at 6:30 PM PT/7:30 PM MT excluding Aug 29 and Sep 1. Each session is 40 minutes long and includes presentation on the topic of the day along with guided practices and reflections. Topics include mindfulness, meditation, self-compassion and more. After registering, you’ll automatically receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email.
  • Final In-Person Celebration: September 21, 2025 – UN International Day of Peace at various cities ( Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary and more)

Open to all, no experience needed. Complete the challenge to receive a Peace Ambassador Certificate from the Heartfulness Institute, awarded during the final in-person celebration on September 21. The event will include reflections, inspiring talks, and a special ceremony to honour participants. The In-Person venue details will be shared in the follow-up email.

Further Ways to Participate - Contribute to Global Peace Each Night: Every night at 9:00 PM PT, you're warmly invited to take part in a 15-minute Universal Peace Intention session. After registering, you’ll automatically receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email.

What is the 21 Days of Peacefulness Challenge?

A global initiative with daily guided meditation and nightly peace intentions to cultivate inner peace and global harmony. Ends with an in-person celebration on the UN International Day of Peace.

What is the goal of the 21 Days Challenge?

To help participants transform through stillness, mindfulness, and heartful living, and to radiate peace personally and collectively.

When are the virtual sessions held?

From Aug 19 to Sep 19, 2025 - 6:30 PM PT– 40-min guided meditation. 9:00 PM PT – 15-min Universal Intention for Peace. No sessions on Aug 29 & Sep 1 (Labour Day weekend).

When is the final in-person celebration?

Held on Sep 21, 2025 (UN International Day of Peace) in Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Winnipeg and other cities. Details will be emailed to registered participants.

Where are the daily sessions held?

All daily sessions are virtual via Zoom. The Zoom link and updates will be sent to registrants.

Where is the in-person celebration held?

In-person events are planned across Western and Eastern Canada, including Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary Kitchener, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg. Locations will be confirmed by email.

What does each day of the program include?

Two daily peace sessions: • 6:30 PM PT – Guided meditation & reflection (40 mins) • 9:00 PM PT – Universal Intention for Peace (15 mins)

What topics are covered during the program?

Topics include peace, understanding stress, mindfulness, meditation, habits, compassion, resilience, leadership, intention, gratitude, and sustaining inner peace.

Is there a session outline or schedule?

Yes. Day 0 (Aug 19) is orientation. Days 1–21 cover specific themes like letting go, anger, fear, self-compassion, clarity, gratitude, leadership, and more. Full schedule provided after registration.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. If you attend at least 14 of the 21 daily sessions, you'll receive a Certificate of Peace Ambassador from the Heartfulness Institute.

Who can participate in this program?

Everyone is welcome—no prior meditation experience or belief system required.

Is this a global program?

Yes. Anyone can join from anywhere in the world.

Will recordings of the sessions be available?

Live participation is encouraged, but recordings will be shared in the thank-you email after each day's session.

Do I need to register for the 9:00 PM sessions?

No registration needed. Access the 15-min Universal Intention for Peace sessions directly at: https://hfn.li/west_peace

I’d love to join, but I might not be able to attend every day. Can I still participate?

You’re welcome to join as many sessions as you wish — anywhere from 1 to all 21. If you’re aiming for the Peace Ambassador Certification, the requirement is to attend at least 14 out of the 21 sessions.
