Join the Wine Down and Write event of the year. In this relaxing low-stakes creative workshop, you will be inspired to keep working toward your guiding words for the upcoming year and have the dedicated time and guidance to create your 2026 vision map.
What to Expect:
You'll receive a detailed suggested materials list and pre-workshop writing prompts before we meet to prepare you for success. Be sure to have your supplies before you log on for the workshop.
We begin with "Hellos and Haiku", I'll share my 2025 map live and share how I met my markers become the first day of fall. You'll have the opportunity to share your guiding word or words for the year.
Then you'll be led step-by-step on how to complete your map for optimal results. You'll also leave with tips and additional resources on the best ways to stay on track throughout the year.
We take breaks to eat, sip, and share, but sharing what you write is always optional.
The best part:You'll have a completed vision map you can frame and hang on your wall.
This workshop is for you if you can answer yes to any of the following:
1. You like vision mapping or you want to try vision mapping.
2. You need the dedicated space, time and support to complete your vision map.
3. You are creative or want to be more creative.
Yolande Clark-Jackson is the host and creator of Wine Down and Write. She is the author of the award-winning children's book, Rocko's Big Launch. She holds a MFA in creative writing but has has published personal essays and journalistic articles in several publications, including Parents, Care.com, Prevention, Huffpost, University of Arizona Poetry Center, Sisters Newsletter by AARP, Chicken Soup for the Soul, The Write Life, Matador Network and more.
She created Wine Down and Write to p provide an intimate and relaxing space for people to connect with words and one another beyond social networking platforms. Her prompt-based workshops are designed to spark your inner storyteller and wine enthusiast, but drinking wine or experience with writing is not required. It's design for creatives and those who want to be more creative. All levels welcome.
