You will be guided through a structured activation process to close out the past year, release what no longer fits, and set clear direction for the year ahead. The experience brings together guided reflection and facilitated conversation in a calm, intentional environment with local professionals.

The focus is clarity, self-trust, and sound decision-making.

Light food and non-alcoholic beverages are included.

This experience is guided by Tina Salmon, a licensed psychotherapist and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience partnering with professionals and organizations to drive sustainable personal and professional growth.
