The 2026 US ARMY ROTC CIAA High School Education Day (HSED) will be held Wednesday, February 25th, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Baltimore Convention Center (BCC) in the Pratt Street Hall. This event is geared towards high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors, as well as community college students, and provides students the opportunity to learn more about the importance of furthering their education and to explore and discover the exciting programs and experiences CIAA colleges and universities have to offer, which include. - Bluefield State University
- Bowie State University
- Claflin University
- Elizabeth City State University
- Fayetteville State University
- Lincoln University (PA)
- Livingstone College
- Johnson C. Smith University
- Shaw University
- Virginia State University
- Virginia Union University
- Winston-Salem State University
Attendees will attend a brief opening program with opening remarks and the purpose of the event. The rest of the time will be for students to navigate the various college/university and educational vendors at their own pace. We strongly encourage your students to visit each booth represented at the fair.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Interested vendors will fill out the requested information as an application to participate. All submissions will be reviewed, and participants will be selected based on the type of organization and the career and/or educational opportunities offered. This way, we can provide variety and not have an abundance of duplicate vendors. If your organization is selected to participate, then you will be notified and provided the next steps for participation. ALL SELECTED VENDORS WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE BELOW DEADLINES. IN THE EVENT YOU CANNOT, THEN YOUR SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE NEXT VENDOR ON THE WAITING LIST.
REGISTRATION FEES
All spaces include one (1) 6' skirted table and two (2) chairs.
Paying by debit/credit card:
- Government Organization - $428.67 ($400.00, plus a $12.08 processing fee and $16.59 service fee)
- Non-Profit Organization - $535.38 ($500.00, plus a $15.09 processing fee and $20.29 service fee)
- For -Profit Organization - $642.09 ($600.00, plus a $18.10 processing fee and $23.99 service fee)
- Additional One (1) Recruiter - $108.55 ($100.00, plus a $3.06 processing fee and $5.49 service fee)
- CIAA institutions (only) - one (1) booth free of charge for graduate admissions department; those institutions with representation from multiple departments must pay an additional non-profit fee.
Paying by invoice/check:
- Government Organization - $400.00
- Non-Profit Organization - $500.00
- For -Profit Organization - $600.00
- Additional One (1) Recruiter - $100.00
- CIAA institutions (only) - one (1) booth free of charge for the graduate admissions office/department; those institutions with representation from multiple departments must pay a non-profit fee.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
- Friday, December 1st (5:00 p.m.) - Deadline to submit application for participation.
- Friday, December 6th (or sooner) - Notification of selection to participate.
- Friday, January 23rd - Vendor payment must be received (credit card processed or mailed checks postmarked)
REFUND POLICY
All refunds are subject to a $100.00 fee. Additionally, please note that Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded.

Pre-program entertainment includes deejay, CIAA band/cheerleader performance, fraternity/sorority step presentation, giveaways, and video loop.
Opening Program
CIAA Commissioner remarks, US Army ROTC presentation, educational/vendor fair instructions, and closing remarks.
Educational/Vendor Fair and Lunch
Lunch is available for purchase at the Baltimore Convention Center concession stands. If attending basketball games, lunch is also available at CFG Arena.
