The Denis & Lenora Foretia Foundation's Nkafu Policy Institute is pleased to announce the 2026 Think Tank Week – Central Africa's premier gathering of emerging leaders, institutional executives, policymakers, and civil society champions committed to evidence-based transformation.

The Think Tank Week brings together the next generation of changemakers, seasoned institutional leaders, and Central Africa's foremost policy practitioners for intensive capacity building, strategic dialogue, and collaborative action. This integrated approach strengthens our region's policy ecosystem by investing in leadership at every level.
The Programs
🌟 Emerging Leaders Program - EML (September 7-9, 2026)
A three-day intensive leadership development program for outstanding young Cameroonians aged 18-35. Build foundational skills in leadership, policy analysis, advocacy, and strategic communication while connecting with mentors and peers committed to driving meaningful change.

💼 Executive & Strategic Leadership Program - ESLP (September 8-9, 2026)
A specialized two-day program for think tank leaders and civil society executives across Central Africa. Strengthen organizational capacity, enhance strategic leadership, and build resilience to navigate the complex challenges facing our institutions.
