Program Details - Part I: Strategic Organization Design Workshop

March 3-6, 2026

Continental breakfast will be served each day starting at 8:00 a.m. The workshop will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3. Lunch will be served each day, with various breaks throughout the day. The session will conclude on Friday, March 6, at 11:30 a.m. There will also be a hosted reception on Tuesday, March 3; participants are on their own for dinner on all other nights.

• Tuesday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 -11:30 a.m.

Program Details - Part II: Strategic Organization Design Activation Workshop

May 19-21, 2026

Continental breakfast will be served each day starting at 8:00 a.m. The workshop will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19. Lunch will be served daily at noon, with various breaks in between. The session will conclude on Thursday, May 21, at 11:45 a.m.

• Tuesday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 -11:45 a.m.

• Currently, there are no restrictions or limitations for visitors coming to campus.
• COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are recommended.
• Physical distancing is recommended.

Refunds and Cancellations

• On or before 2/11/26, the cancellation fee is $250.00.
• From 2/12/26 to 2/25/26, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 2/25/26 and for no-shows.
