What is the dress code?

Please make sure that you are dressed in semi-formal. Please no jeans or flannel. Example: guys in ties and jackets, ladies in nice slacks/dress/blouse.

What if I can't pay to attend?

The awards committee completely understands that life happens, we still want you to attend! Please email us at awards@stlouiscountymn.gov and then a member of the committee will reach out, we will figure it out together!

What about plus ones?

We would love to see your family with you! We always want to include our families but please know that the additional attendees are limited to just one. Each St Louis County employee attending is allotted one additional person. Please remember that there are NO CHILDREN.

Will I be getting paid to attend this event?

No. This is an event to celebrate and get together to enjoy the evening. If you are working and want to attend, please work with your supervisors or coworkers to get that time off.

What are the different dinner options?

We have a chicken dinner or a steak dinner option. When you go to purchase your tickets, please select either either a chicken or steak add-on as part of your order. You MUST purchase a general admission ticket in addition to the add on. Please on select on per person.

Will there be any formal invites?

Yes! Formal invitations will be sent out about 1 month in advance to those who have RSVP'd.

What if I didn't know that I was receiving an award and don't RSVP?

As the awards committee, we will make sure that you are notified that you are a recipient of an award with no other specifics to hopefully make sure that you are there.
