2026 SCSPLS Exhibitors and Sponsors for the Technical Conference

Thank you for your interest in supporting SCSPLS and sharing your services with our members.

Sponsorship is divided into several categories. According to the level of sponsorship, sponsors receive a variety of additional conference incentives.

All sponsorships receive the following: company logo will be included in all conference brochures, logo will appear on the SCSPLS website with a link to your company website for one year, recognition on the SCSPLS newsletters and event signage at the conference.

Platinum Sponsor: $4,500.00 (SOLD)

• Four (4) event registrations
• Two booths (2) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served)
• Lunch recognition (a 3-4 minute infomercial for your company during the lunch),
• Signage during the event, recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your site

Diamond Sponsor: $4,000.00 (SOLD)

• Four (4) event registrations
• Two booths (2) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served)
• Signage during the event, recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your site

Gold Sponsors: $3,500.00 (2 Available)

• Three (3) event registrations
• One (1) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served)
• Signage during the event, ½ page ad in conference program and recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your site.

Beverage Sponsor: $3,500.00 (SOLD)

• One (1) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served)

Lanyard Sponsor: $1,750.00 (1 Available)

Wi-Fi Sponsor: $1,500.00 (1 Available)

• Two (2) event registrations
• One (1) 6’ Table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables1-32 (first come, first served)
• Wi-Fi Password will be your companies name, so everyone will put it in to access wi-fi
• Signage saying you are wi-fi sponsor and your company name as password

Doc-In-A-Box: $1,250 (1 Available)

• Two (2) event registrations,
• Dual Logoed reusable small bag with your company logo and the SCSPLS Logo so attendees can fill with Advil, antacids, Tylenol, Queasy Drops, mints, etc.
• One (1) 6’ Table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables1-32 (first come, first served)
• Signage during the event

Trade Show Exhibit Option - Trade Show Booth - $900.00 (first come, first served after sponsors requests are honored)Includes 6 ft. table – booth may be manned by two company representatives. For this fee ($900) only one exhibitor may participate fully in the program. If another representative wishes to participate, the fee is $190.00 each

• One (1) attendee for the Annual Meeting

Platinium, Diamond, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level sponsors AND Trade Show Booths may purchase additional annual meeting registrations for $190 each which includes meals, breaks, sessions and PDH’s. For those interested in just meals-breakfast, lunch and breaks, the price is $100.00.
