2026 PSRFAI/CTRFAII Understanding the HS/EHS Education Review Process

This interactive training aims to prepare Head Start and Early Head Start staff for the 2026 Education and Child Development Monitoring Review conducted by the Office of Head Start (OHS), based on the recently updated PSRFAI/CSRFAII/CTRFAII deep-dive methodologies.

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the new 2026 Monitoring Process and Monitoring Protocols, including classroom observations, safety-related data tours for classroom explorations, center exploration, and discussions.

The training equips teachers with the discussion questions reviewers will ask and clearly outlines what they look for in each classroom concerning safety. It also demonstrates how we maintain and apply daily strategies that enhance program quality during interviews and classroom observations.
