PITC Training covers the purpose, methods, and logistics of the count. Volunteers will receive guidance on tools, safety, and roles.

The Point-in-Time Count (PITC) Training will provide volunteers, staff, and community partners with an overview of how to conduct the annual homeless count. Participants will receive step-by-step guidance on the Survey 123 app, safety protocols, team roles, and day-of logistics to ensure a consistent and accurate count across the San Bernardino County. This training is strongly encouraged for all volunteers.

Please bring a fully charged cell phone with location and internet services to the training.
