2026 NPC National Women's Workshop

Space is limited for this once a year event!

You will hear presentations on what the judges are looking for in each division along with training tips from the pros and top coaches in the industry. The afternoon will be devoted to breakout sessions with one-on-one posing practice with some of the top pros from the Olympia stage. Some of the top athletes turned business owners will give you information on how to look for and create your own business opportunities in our industry.

To attend the NPC Womens Workshop, all participants must be a member in good standing with the NPC or IFBB Pro League and present a current and valid NPC or IFBB Pro League card.
