2026 CODING & MEDICARE UPDATES
Overview
COURSE SUMMARY: This popular "update" educational session is designed to review coding, documentation, and Medicare coverage and payment policy changes for the upcoming year. Coding additions, deletions, and revisions for CPT and HCPCS Level II will be presented. Discussion throughout will include documentation requirements. Plus, participants will discuss a summary of the latest RBRVS physician fee schedule and Medicare policy updates.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon completion, participants should be able to:
- Assess 2026 changes to CPT and HCPCS procedure codes and guidelines
- Identify key Medicare coverage and payment policy changes
- Discuss documentation requirements
- Promote compliance and accuracy in reporting services
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Practice managers, physicians, insurance,
reimbursement, coding, billing, patient accounts, and reception staff
