No, there is no pre-registration for breakouts.

Question 3

Should I print my ticket to check in at the conference?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need a printed ticket to check in. Simply proceed to the registration area upon arrival to check in using your name.

How do I reserve a hotel room?

Hotel block links will be available soon. Once registered you will be subscribed to receive an update as soon as links are available.

Will a shuttle service be provided from the conference hotels to the Convention Center?

No, CCEF does not provide shuttle services

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Will group ticket pricing be available?

Yes, there is a ticket option for groups of 8 or more; these will be available starting in the Spring. Contact customer service if you have questions.

Yes, we are offering student and military discounts. Options are available at registration.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds, minus a $40 administrative fee (per ticket), are available through Friday, September 18, 11:59pm EDT. After this date no refunds will be given. To request a refund, please contact customer service at customerservice@ccef.org.

Can I change my existing ticket to virtual or in-person?

Accepted Answer

Please contact customer service at customerservice@ccef.org to request a ticket change. Note: Refunds on value differences only available through September 18, 2026. Ticket upgrades may require an additional charge.

Question 11

I have a ticket but can no longer attend. Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to give your ticket to someone else. Substitution changes are the responsibility of the two parties involved. You may edit the information directly into Eventbrite, or notify CCEF of the change by sending customer service the new attendee name, email, city, state, and phone number.

I can’t travel to Virginia Beach. What can I do?

Consider joining us virtually! A virtual ticket will give you access to all of the conference sessions throughout the weekend. Virtual tickets are available on the virtual registration site starting in the Spring.

I live in a different time zone and purchased a virtual ticket. Can I see recorded general sessions

Accepted Answer

Yes. All live-streamed general sessions will be recorded and posted for viewing on-demand. Virtual access will be available to all ticket holders from Friday, October 16 at 9:00am EDT to Thursday, December 31 at 11:59pm EDT.

Will the general sessions be live-streamed for free?

The live stream is only available through registering for our national conference as a virtual attendee.
