Join us for a magical day full of shopping, themed food & drinks, photo ops, ticket drawings, cosplay contest, Magical Creatures, and so much more!!

  • Sorcerer’s Bar - Brewing up potent potions, enchanted elixirs, and cursed concoctions! This area of the event is 21 and older.

This fundraising event benefits your local kitty sanctuary: Copper Kitten, INC. Proceeds from this event will be donated to provide rescue kitties with a safe, loving, and stimulating environment; and spay-neuter advocacy.

-All $15 Early Bird Admission Tickets come with an Event Swag Bag no matter the age. If you purchase a $15 Early Bird ticket, you get a swag bag!


  • $5 Early Bird Admission Children Ticket: (ages 5-12)

-Available for $5 each and do not include a swag bag. To receive a swag bag for this age range please purchase the $15 Early Bird Admission Ticket.

-Kids ages 4 & Under are FREE admission and do not include a swag bag. To receive a swag bag for this age range please purchase the $15 Early Bird Admission Ticket.

Yes, parking is a $5 fee.

Is there handicap parking?

Yes, we will have designated parking lots specifically for handicap parking.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my baby?

No, all children ages 4 and under are FREE admission.

What exactly is Early Bird?

Early Bird Admission Ticket holders gets exclusive early access to the event before general admission comes in. Early Bird Admission Tickets are limited and cost $15 each. Early Bird Admission Tickets are only sold online and not at the gate day of the event.

Does Early Bird Ticket Admission come with a swag bag?

Yes. All $15 Early Bird Admission Tickets will come with an exclusive event swag bag.

Can I buy a $5 Early Admission Children Ticket for my child and they get a swag bag?

No. $5 Early Admission Children Tickets and ages 4 and under with FREE admission do not come with a swag bag. To receive a swag please buy your child a $15 Early Bird Admission Ticket.

What time can Early Birds come in the event?

Early Bird Admission begins at 9am, 1 hour before General Admission at 10am.

Do I have to dress up?

Not necessarily, if you're feeling extra wizardy dazzle us with your magical attire for a chance to win enchanting prizes, show off your house pride, and geek out with the rest of the fans! Overall, be comfortable, wear comfortable shoes for walking on gravel, grass, and asphalt.

Are pets welcome?

Service animals trained to help a person with a disability are welcome. We do ask that all other pets including ESAs stay home in order to keep all Magical Creatures at our event safe.

Will there be food?

Oh Yes! We will have many options for food with reasonable pricing! See our Facebook for more information on what foods will be there.

Last year's event was crowded, how have you improved that for 2025?

We expanded! We are in multiple buildings, grounds, and in between. Last year's event had an unexpected turnout and we are prepared for the foot traffic for 2025.

Is this the same event as last year?

You may have noticed that 2024’s magical event vanished---due to legal reasons we said goodbye to last year’s insignia and created an entirely new Weekend of Wizardry JUST FOR YOU!

How magical will this actually be?

If you like celebrating a non-specific wizard, his adventures, his friends, and the magical world where his story takes place then this is right event for you! Our interpretations of the beloved story will immediately bring the most powerful wizards to tears!
