This year, we are thrilled to feature Food Network star and Top Chef alum Eric Adjepong, who will headline the evening alongside local culinary talent and high school students from across the island. Guests will savor gourmet creations, 45+ international wines curated by CC1, and indulge in a vibrant silent auction with exclusive local and national offerings.
New for 2025: VIP Meet & Greet - A limited number of guests will enjoy early admission from 5:30–6:00 PM, including a private meet-and-greet with Chef Eric, a photo opportunity, a signed copy of his brand-new cookbook, two chef-crafted bites, and a craft cocktail.
Hosted by the St. Croix Foundation for Community Development, Wine in the Warehouse is more than just a celebration of food and wine. It is our only annual fundraiser, fueling year-round initiatives in youth empowerment, nonprofit capacity building, data advocacy (KIDS COUNT USVI), and the revitalization of historic Christiansted, including the transformation of the Alexander Theatre.
