When should I arrive?

The conference begins 10/14/25 at 8:30a. Most attendees will arrive 10/13/25. If you live nearby, you could arrive that morning.

When will the conference end?

The final session will end at 11:45am Thursday 10/16/25.

Does the conference fee include lodging?

No. Lodging arrangements may be made directly with Bavarian Lodge -- 888-717-7878. We have conference rates secured between $231 and $261 per night depending on room selection.

No. There will be drinks and light snacks in the conference room, but no meals scheduled.
