The Visionary Interior Design Awards offer an opportunity for our design community to celebrate design excellence in our region and highlight the individuals and project teams responsible for the success of noteworthy and visionary projects. This year our theme is The Power of Place acknowledging the way design shapes our sense of identity, belonging, and connection to our surroundings.
Competition entries will be judged by a panel of interior design professionals from across the country and all entries will be displayed virtually. The jurors will review the entries as a slide show of projects and select the winner in each category based on the award criteria. Award winners will be announced at the event on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The jury will have sole discretion whether to select a recipient for an award. Awards will be given for the best overall submission in the following categories.
* Corporate (under/over 20,000 SF)
* Education & Institution (under/over 30,000 SF)
* Healthcare (under/over 50,000 SF)
* Hospitality
* Retail
* Living (Residential/Multifamily/Dormitory/Senior Living)
* People's Choice (via online voting)
* Juror's Spotlight (top overall based on juror's scores & deliberation)
