Each year, the report shines a light on where Tulsa is making strides and where persistent gaps remain.

The Equality Indicators Summit builds on that foundation, offering a hands-on opportunity to turn data into action. At this summit, you will:

• Hear real stories from leaders across nonprofits, business, education, and government about how they use this data in their work
• Join small-group labs to analyze a selected indicator and co-create practical, community-driven strategies
