All sponsorships must be purchased and directory information submitted, including firm logo, no later than Wednesday, October 22. A promo code will be sent to the sponsorship ticket buyer to register their complimentary individual tickets, if included in the purchased sponsorship package.
Sponsors will be verbally recognized at Welcome and Closing, as well as during key limited event and networking breaks. All attendees from the same organization or firm will also be recognized as a sponsor on printed name badges.

SAME Membership Discount
This is an SAME member-discounted event. To receive the discounted rate, you must be an individual SAME member or be listed as a current member under your firm's Corporate Membership.
To find your Member ID:

- Login at the top
- Click "My Account" to view your membership status and ID number.
Members will be asked to provide their member ID number during registration.
⚠️ If you register at the member rate and are not a verified SAME member, you will be contacted and required to pay the difference for the non-member rate. All payments must be completed, in full, by Friday, October 24 at 11:59 PM ET, or your ticket may be cancelled and standard refund and transfer policies will apply.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
All requests for refunds or transfers must be received in writing to programs@samedc.org no later than Friday, October 24 at 11:59 PM ET.
Fees
- Refunds will be issued less a $50 administrative fee.
- Transfers will be charged to the new ticket holder with a $25 administrative fee. All deadlines for refunds and transfer requests are assigned to the new ticket holder. No refunds will be given to the original ticket holder with the transfer request.
No refunds or transfers will be accepted after the deadline.
Walk-in transfers are not allowed. Walk-in registration will be in effect for all new registrations after the deadline.

There are no refunds for sponsorship purchases. Sponsors must register all attendees with a ticket to attend. Sponsors with complimentary tickets will receive a promo code to register their attendees. All promo codes must be claimed with registered ticket holders NLT Wednesday, Oct.22 at 11:59 PM or tickets will be forfeit. All transfer fees and deadlines are in effect.
All sponsorship directory information must be submitted NLT Wednesday, Oct. 22, to be included in the online Sponsor Directory and inclusion in printed and projected materials at the Symposium.
