Vendor tables cost $5 dollars a date for a total of $20 if you choose to attend the 4 monthly events. The money collected will be used for online advertisements. If you are a Stockwell resident, setup is free. If you sell one of the theme items as your table, setup is free.
Thanks to a law enacted in 2022, Indiana cottage food producers can sell direct to consumers at Farmers Markets with appropriate labeling and safe serve online certificate (approx $15).
Tables, chairs, setup, and clean-up are your responsibility and we begin set-up at 7 am. The setup is in the grassy area in front of the Gazebo. Grass can be wet with dew sometimes, I recommend tennis shoes!

No electricity options (if you have a generator, please be kind of noise and park at a distance)
We do monthly themes as listed below, this does not mean you cannot do other items or crafts, it's just an advertising focus to have more of those particular vendors in those months.

- July: Fruits and Cheeses
- August: Jams and Jellies & Honey
- September: Baked Goods and Breads
