The State of the Babies Address calls mothers, grandmothers, healers, educators, and community leaders to witness and participate in the unveiling of the Mother Empire—a fully developed matriarchal model for societal wellness. This model addresses six critical areas of life:

- Food – Accessible, nourishing food that sustains body and community.
- Health – Holistic wellness practices rooted in prevention and care.
- Birth – Sacred support for mothers and new life.
- Death – Respectful, conscious approaches to life’s transitions.
- Education – Knowledge and skills that empower children and adults alike.
