Our annual event is FREE & FAMILY FRIENDLY with a focus on mental and physical wellness activities for all ages to enjoy. Think of a backyard carnival with fun games, activities, music, food trucks, raffle prizes, and much more! Suicide prevention is not just about recognizing and intervening when someone is already in a crisis. It’s about providing people with access to adequate resources, education, and care to prevent these crises. Join us 9.30.23 to learn coping skills and everyday activities that help with your mental wellness.

Our ‘Coping Cubbies’ are sponsored by local Minnesota health clinics and businesses with the goal of enhancing a child’s or adult's ability to deal with stress. We will also have several other areas at the event geared towards creative and expressive arts like arts/crafts, boxing, yoga, and more.
