We invite you to join us on October 15 for our annual Members’ Meeting! Together, we'll celebrate Central Washington and the power of your deposits in our community.
Each year at our Members’ Meeting, credit union members gather to connect, conduct credit union business, and learn about the credit union’s work.
This year’s meeting will include:
- Entertainment, including a performance by dancing horses
- Board elections and updates on Self-Help's finances
- Presentations from community partners and leaders
- Remarks from Self-Help CEO Martin Eakes

Time: 5:30 – 7:00pm (food and entertainment: 5:30 – 6:00; program: 6:00 – 7:00)
Registration is not required but is appreciated. Seating is limited.
Our history in Central Washington
Self-Help Federal Credit Union first expanded to Central Washington in 2021 after a merger with Lower Valley Credit Union (LVCU), which was founded to support underserved farm workers, laborers, and seasonal employees. We have been grateful to continue supporting the legacy of LVCU and are eager to welcome you to our Sunnyside branch to share what we’ve accomplished over the last year.
