While the February Technical Conference focuses on Professional Development Hours (PDH), the Fall Convention is all about reconnecting—with colleagues, crews, and families. This event features an SCSPLS Quarterly Meeting, 2 PDH credits, and plenty of time for fun and networking.

Friday, October 24
- 4:00 – 5:30 PM – Packet Pickup
- 5:30 – 7:00 PM – Dinner with SCSPLS at Black Drum Brewing (on-site at the resort)Enjoy BBQ, iced tea, and 2 beer tickets.
Saturday, October 25
- Morning – Complimentary Embassy Suites Breakfast
- 8:00 AM – SCSPLS General Meeting
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Educational Presentations (worth 2 PDH)
- 12:00 – 1:00 PM – Boxed Lunches Provided
🎉 Afternoon Excursion to PopStroke
- 2:30 PM – Bus departs for PopStroke
- 3:00 – 6:30 PM – PopStroke Experience
- Modern mini-golf with two 18-hole courses
- App-based drink ordering and digital scoring
- Bars, TVs, restaurant, ice cream parlor, playground, and outdoor games
- Dinner and 2 drink tickets provided by SCSPLS
- 6:45 PM – Bus returns to Embassy Suites
Sunday, October 26The day is yours to explore Myrtle Beach, relax, or head home at your leisure.
