Frequently asked questions

How do I receive a "Bulk Party" discount for registering 6 or more individuals?

Parties of 6 individuals or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount at checkout when registering for conference day tickets (Sept 18-19). Please note, pre-conference courses are not eligible for this discount. To inquire about the bulk discount, please contact ruralems@med.unr.edu.

I received a scholarship to attend the conference. How do I use it?

Email ruralems@med.unr.edu a screenshot of your scholarship certificate to receive your discount code.

Pre-conference courses are full, but I am interested in attending.

Pre-conference classes are first-come first-served. If you are interested in attending a pre-conference class but the classes are full, email ruralems@med.unr.edu. to be put on a waitlist. Please note, the waitlist does not guarantee you will get to join a pre-conference class.

Are meals provided during the conference?

Yes! Coffee and water will be available on pre-conference and general conference days. Coffee, water, a light breakfast, and snacks will be available on general conference days in addition to a lunch on Thursday, Sept 18 during general conference.

Will I receive continuing education units for attending the conference?

Definitely! This year's conference will offer up to 33 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for EMS Professionals and Nurses.
