2025 River District Development Update

With the completion of catalytic projects including the May Lee State Office Complex, the SMUD Museum of Science & Curiosity, Track 281 Apartments and Touchstone Brewing, the River District is rapidly becoming Sacramento's newest live/work neighborhood. In 2025, several high-profile developments were completed, including Mirasol Village and The Hayley at Township 9. In the coming months, construction will begin on a new wave of projects, including the Alchemist Public Market and the Caption by Hyatt Hotel.
