2025 Revitalize & Innovate Symposium - DAY 1 JAZZ FEST NETWORKING EVENT

USC Builds will proudly host the first-ever Revitalize & Innovate Symposium—a landmark two-day gathering that brings together visionary developers, influential community innovators and impactful social leaders from across the country to address one urgent question: How do we build vibrant, inclusive and economically resilient communities?

Sponsored by the City of Rochester, this inaugural event offers a powerful platform to share bold ideas, showcase transformative development projects—from D.C., Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Rochester and beyond—and spark strategic partnerships that drive sustainable and inclusive community growth.

Day 1 - June 25, 2025 [limited capacity]
On day one, we will host a networking reception aligned with the Rochester International Jazz Festival from 4 to 8 p.m. at 1RDG, located at 10 Winthrop Street, Rochester, NY 14607. The event will feature food and cocktails, with each participant receiving the opportunity to RSVP for a one-day Jazz Festival pass.

Hotel Information
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites located at 101 South Union Street, Rochester, NY 14607. The Hampton Inn has graciously extended the block to accommodate a range of travel plans or extended stays—rooms are available for arrival as early as June 24 and departure as late as June 28. Guests are not obligated to book all nights. The discounted group rate is $179 per night [plus tax] and rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be made by June 13, 2025.
