All registrations come with one ticket to the Monday evening dinner. If you are bringing a guest, you must purchase an additional ticket for $65.
In-person Refund Policy: The region must receive a written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the first day of the event for a full refund to be given. No refunds will be made after unless a request is received in writing.
No. No refunds will be given if the registrant is a no-show. Cancellations should be sent to ksmith26@alaska.edu no later than September 21, 2025.
