About this event

P ssst. Hey pal! You know where I can get a drink around here?

The Blue Water area is filled to the brim with stories of prohibition, rum running, and police raids. From 1919 to 1933, the Volstead Act made the country dry...on paper. Learn all about what it was like to be a bootlegger, how they smuggled booze from Canada or just made their own. Then board the trolley for a bar crawl off the beaten path and learn about the history of drinking around the Port Huron. Hear tales of crime, fortunes made and lost, and why the very best bootleggers don't give up their secrets easily.
