Earn 8.0 contact hours for full-day attendance. No partial contact hours will be awarded. Breakdown of ILNA points available with conference evaluation. The SFBAONS is accredited as a provider of continuing education by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 13612.

When does the early-bird discount end?

The early-bird discount is available until July 1, 2025. After that, general pricing will be $70 for ONS members and $90 for non-ONS members, plus applicable service and processing fees.

How do I become an ONS member?

Become a member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) by visiting https://www.ons.org/membership and joining the San Francisco Bay Area chapter.

How do I find my member ID?

Log in to your ONS account, click the "I Want To" tab, and select "View My Dashboard." Your member ID will appear on the right-side panel.

What does registration include?

Registration includes eight (8) educational sessions, breakfast, lunch, refreshments during breaks, access to the exhibitor hall, and continuing education (CE) contact hours.

How many continuing education (CE) contact hours does the conference offer?

The 2025 Oncology Care Update conference offers 8.0 contact hours for full-day attendance upon completion of the post-conference evaluation. No partial contact hours will be awarded. Breakdown of Individual Learning Needs Assessment (ILNA) points available with conference evaluation.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

All tickets to the 2025 Oncology Care Update conference are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Will there be parking?

Attendees will receive vouchers at the end of the conference for free same-day parking at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront. Parking is limited. We encourage carpooling to help reduce our carbon footprint.

How can I reserve a hotel room?

Please email us at ocu.sfbaons@gmail.com for discounted hotel room pricing. The hotel discount rate is valid only on October 24-25, 2025.

Are guests allowed?

All guests must be registered to attend the conference.

When does registration end?

Registration will end on October 22, 2025. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate registration requests after this date.
