Join us for the meeting with the Mississippi Alliance for Cardiovascular Health (MACH) Advisory Board on June 25, 2025, at the Capps Entrepreneurial Center Mississippi State University Delta Research and Extension Center, located at 82 Stoneville Road, Stoneville, MS.. This statewide network, led by the Mississippi State Department of Health Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Program, includes primary care providers, health systems, community and faith-based organizations, academic centers, managed care entities, policymakers, advocacy groups, and social support organizations. Together, we aim to prioritize the prevention and management of hypertension and cholesterol, assist primary care practices in implementing team-based care, facilitate community-clinical collaborations, and address the social support needs of those at greatest risk of cardiovascular disease.As a key leader in our state and your community, your expertise and influence are essential in our mission to improve heart health in Mississippi.
Continuing Education Credits Available
This convening offers approved continuing education units (CEUs) for nurses and pharmacists. Certificates of completion will be provided upon full participation and completion of required evaluations. (Please indicate your licensure and CEU request upon completion of registration)
