Frequently asked questions

Will Food be provided?

Attendees will be able to partake in a continental breakfast buffet in the morning and a boxed lunch during the luncheon and poster session. Attendees will be able to select from vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and options with no food restrictions when they register.

How long is the poster session?

The poster session is 2 hours and runs from 11:45 AM until 1:45 PM. It is held in the lobby of the Colket Translational Research Building on the CHOP campus, a 2-minute walk from the Smilow Center for Translational Research.

Where should I park for the conference?

Discounted parking is available in CHOP Garage B under the Buerger Building on Civic Center Blvd. and is the approved parking location for the conference. Please DO NOT park in the Perelman Center garage. While it is next to the Smilow building, the parking is reserved for patients only.

Is WiFi available?

Yes, WiFi is available in both the Smilow Center and the Colket Building. You will receive access codes for both prior to attending the conference.
