Will Food be provided?

Attendees will be able to partake in a continental breakfast buffet in the morning and a boxed lunch during the luncheon and poster session. Attendees will be able to select from vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and options with no food restrictions when they register.

Where should I park for the conference?

Discounted parking is available in CHOP Garage B under the Buerger Building on Civic Center Blvd. and is the approved parking location for the conference. Please DO NOT park in the Perelman Center garage. While it is next to the Smilow building, the parking is reserved for patients only.

Yes, WiFi is available in both the Smilow Center and the Colket Building. You will receive access codes for both prior to attending the conference.

Have Poster acceptances been sent out?

Poster acceptances/rejections were emailed on Monday October 6, 2025 to the address provided in the abstract submission . Confirmation deadline was October 10 with a final followup on October 15. All poster display spaces have been assigned and we are at capacity for posters.
