Celebrate 100+ years of Christmas Bird Count tradition at the Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary!

Join Indiana Audubon for the 2025 Christmas Bird Count (CBC) in Fayette County, a holiday tradition for birders of all skill levels!

Meet at Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary's Brooks Hall at 7:30 a.m. ET to be assigned areas. Return at 12:30 p.m. for a provided lunch, list compiling, and fellowship. Participants can bird by car or foot, and feeder counters within the circle are welcome.

The 15-mile diameter circle is centered at Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary and is roughly bordered by Harrisburg to the north, Everton to the East, Laurel to the south, and Orange to the west.
