Where do I pick up my tickets?

If you have been with us before, you may know our previous policy on physical wristbands tickets. As we are growing and expanding, this year we will be scanning your tickets digitally upon entry. Please have your electronic ticket ready as you enter the venue.

When do ticket sales end?

With our new policy on scanning tickets upon entry, tickets will remain on sale until showtime. (December 14, 2025 at 2:30pm)

Will the venue have reserved seating?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Patti Strickel Harrison Performance Theater will have reserved seating. When picking tickets, you will pick out the exact seat you will sit in.

Question 4

What is the difference between Orchestra and Balcony?

Accepted Answer

Orchestra is on the first level, just below the stage. Balcony is the second level, giving more a bird's eye view to the stage.

What does Box seats mean?

Box seats at this venue provide a more spacious and exclusive seating experience, with a designated number of seats in each box that must be strictly adhered to during purchase. Please be aware that only the specified number of individuals is permitted in each box.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my child under 2?

All children ages 2 and under can be considered a lap sitter, therefore do not require a ticket. Please note, if you do not have a ticket for the child, they will not have their own seat.

Question 7

If my child is in the TwoTu's class, do I need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

ONE parent/guardian is REQUIRED to stay with their TwoTu dancer at ALL times, including on stage. You are then considered a performer and do not need a ticket.

Question 8

Where do I drop off/ pick up my dancer?

Accepted Answer

On the SECOND level there will be a sign that says "Check-In." There you will drop off your dancer and pick them up. Only the stamped guardian at check-in will be allowed to pick up your child.

Question 9

Am I allowed backstage to help my dancer?

Accepted Answer

No. Absolutely no spectators are allowed backstage. This is a rule from the venue.

Question 10

I ordered flowers, how do I pick them up?

Flowers can be picked up at a separate table next to “Dancer Check-In” on the second floor. We ask that you check your dancer in FIRST, and then pick up your flower order. Please have your order confirmation and ID ready to show to pick up flowers.
