Written notice of cancellation received by November 22, 2025 will receive a refund of total registration paid minus an administrative fee. The registration fee is non-refundable after the cancellation date.

By attending this course, attendees agree to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format recorded on site to be used by LSU Health New Orleans School of Dentistry, for educational and promotional purposes.
