CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that occasionally things happen preventing one from attending a conference. All cancellation requests received prior to Friday, October 24th will be issued a full refund minus registration and processing fee's. Unfortunately, cancellations received after October 24th we will not be able to provide a refund. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Requests for registration cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to Justine.Mayhew@healthassociation.ns.ca.
