The Joint Engineering Scholarship Golf Tournament is a fundraising activity for college scholarships sponsored by the NE Branch of the OK American Public Works Association, Tulsa Branch of American Society of Civil Engineers, Mid-Continent Section of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Tulsa Section of Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers, and the Tulsa Engineering Foundation.
WHEN: Friday, September 26, 2025, 8:00 A.M.
Plan to arrive by 7:30 AM for registration. Shotgun start at 8:30 AM.
WHERE: The Canyons at Blackjack Ridge, 1801 North McKinley Ave Rd, Sand Spings
COST: Only $750.00 for a Team of 4 with Hole Sponsorship or $175.00 per person.
Entry fee includes per player - 5 Mulligans, greens fees, 1/2 cart, drink tickets (two), entry for door prize drawing, and lunch after golfing is finished. Hole Sponsorship without Team Package: $350.00
FORMAT: This year will be a Four Person Scramble. You may form your own four-person team. Individual players are welcome, if you don't have a full team we will fill out our foursome at check-in time. A college engineering student may be added to fill your team.
There will be a variety of games available this year so get ready for some fun! The Longest Drive and the Closest to the Pin prize awards as well as a "Buy a Pro Drive" is fun for your team.
Sponsors: We are looking for sponsors for holes, lunch, tournament and door prizes. Please check your registration form if you can donate door prizes! All sponsors will be recognized with signs at the respective events and are tax deductible. Contributions are tax deductible as a 501 (c) (3) donation, excluding any goods and services received.
Registration envelops will be picked up outside the club house on the patio. Lunch is included in your registration and will be available at the Clubhouse. The awards ceremony will be immediately after play by all teams.
Engineering Students: Engineering students are welcome to join a team at the discounted rate of $25. It is a great way to network with engineering companies and their engineers.
