NO. If you do not have access to Dover AFB by being active or retired military, or have your own DBIDS card, everyone 16 and over must fill out the information on the website to ensure they are added to the Entry Access List in time.

There are plenty of parking spaces near The Landings, including a large parking lot behind the facility. DO NOT park in ANY space that has a brown sign on the curb unless you are authorized to do so..
