Mark your calendar for the 3rd annual Community Colleges for Iowa Convention & Tradeshow, happening December 2–4, 2025 at the Marriott Downtown Des Moines.

This is Iowa’s only statewide professional development event dedicated exclusively to community college administrators, staff, and faculty - a unique opportunity to connect, grow, and celebrate the vital work happening across our campuses.

Programming kicks off with an opening reception and networking activities on December 2, followed by two days of engaging sessions on December 3–4.

This year’s theme, “One Mission, Many Voices: Working Together for a Stronger Future,” sets the tone for powerful conversations, fresh ideas, and meaningful collaboration.

Can you invoice my college/company for our tickets?

Is there a discount for presenters?

No specific discount is available for presenters; however, this year we are offering discounts for the Early Bird tickets ordered in quantities of 10 or more. Email Monique at mellefson@ccforiowa.org for more information.

Is there a hotel block

Yes! Our host hotel, the Marriott Downtown Des Moines, is offering a special rate of $182/night. This rate is valid for the night of Dec. 2nd and 3rd. The last day to reserve a hotel room in our block is Nov. 10, but spots are limited and may sell-out before then. Visit our website for more info.

Do you have an app that I can use during the event?

Yes, we will be using Guidebook again this year and it will open up in September or October.
