2025 Cocoa Beach Christmas Boat Parade Viewing Party

Join us for our family friendly party during the Cocoa Beach Christmas Boat Parade. Dance to live music, while enjoying the beautiful Riverfront Cocoa Beach property. Walk around and check out the Christmas decorations & photo ops. Surfing Santa will be in attendance!

The boat parade is scheduled to begin at 6pm. Our party lasts until 10pm!

General admission tickets

Ages 11+ $20

Ages 1-10 $10

Tickets include live music, the coolest boat parade viewing area (first come, first serve seating), one beer or wine for 21+. Food truck will have food for purchase.

VIP Experience

Add on a canopy or cabana bed for reserved seating, bottles of water, an additional beer/wine for 21+ & access to our indoor VIP lounge and an additional private bathroom. LIMITED AVAILABILITY!

Parking information: There is limited parking on Manatee Lane. Carpool with your friends and family if you can!
