- The parade line-up will be available at www.caryjaycees.org by December 10, 2025.

- This is a rain, snow, or shine event. No refunds will be given.

Frequently asked questions
Registration starts on June 1, 2025 and ends on Nov. 8, 2025 then late registration starts until Nov. 29, 2025.
A float is anything pulled by a car or truck. We will require Floats to arrive at no later than 12pm. You may have no more than 16 people on any float (12 if it is a professional float).
Professional floats are provided by a local company that builds parade floats. Participants will be able to choose a design from a list of options. A driver will bring the float to the parade and drive your group along the route. All you need to do is show up!

Yes! You can edit your information through Eventbrite up until November 28. Any changes after November 28th must be sent to parade@caryjaycees.org.
Parade participants should arrive at their designated meeting area between 1pm and 1:30pm. The parade will start at 2pm. Floats must arrive at no later than 12pm.
Our permit only covers the actual parade. We are not permitted to have vendors of any kind for this event. Food trucks can register as a participant and drive their truck in the parade for advertising but no sales are allowed.
Yes, you can create events on Facebook and other social media platforms for your group but it must be clear that the event is for your group only. There has been confusion in the past with multiple events that all look like the official parade event but have different times for the groups to meet.
