Since 2018, the annual Business Agility Report has highlighted the trends, challenges, and successes made by organizations on a journey towards greater business agility. In that time, over 1000 organizations have shared their experiences and insights.

The release of the 2025 Business Agility Report is here!

Organizations operated under real pressure in 2025—economic tightening, geopolitical shifts, and technological disruption. Yet business agility continued delivering measurable value where it counts: customer satisfaction, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

This year's findings show us that organizations are making harder, more deliberate trade-offs. Many chose to focus resources on customer centricity and cultural resilience, accepting slower progress on governance reform and leadership development. Not ideal, but intentional.
