Enter a team in Bacon Bash Texas 2025! The bacon stakes are higher than ever - our total payout is $10,000! First place winner is guaranteed a $4,000 payout and will have their photo & winning recipe featured on the backs of 40,000+ packages of Pederson's Natural Farms bacon, distributed nationwide!

Compete against over 30 other teams to see who makes the best bacon dish in the land! Here are the basics: Pederson's Natural Farms gives you 15 pounds of bacon, and you make whatever you want, as long as it's got that bacon in it. We've seen everything from Bacon Funnel Cake, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, to Bacon Bananas Foster. The options are endless and all bacon dishes are judged equally. All teams are judged around 3:00 p.m. Top teams make it to our Final Table Judging, which happens live, on the main stage at 6:00 p.m. Cash payouts for top five teams!

Ryan Jackson Memorial Pork Butt Competition has an additional entry fee of $50., and this can be paid the Friday for check in. 100% cash jackpot prizes to the top three teams.

Reminders for 2025:

• All Team Entries consist of 6 Team Members. You can add an additional 2 team members for $25 each, for a max team of 8.
• 20x20 cook spaces will be enforced to the best of our ability. If you need more space for your team, you can purchase a larger cook space during registration (limited quantities available).
• Priority Team Registration will be available to 2024 Competitors beginning April 21st.
• Team Registration will be open to the public beginning May 23rd.
• All food (excluding food for the Ryan Jackson Memorial Pork Butt Competition) can be prepared prior to the event if you choose to do so.
• The 2024 winning team will choose their space first. After that, spaces will be selected in the order that team registrations are completed.

Bacon Bash Texas is a 501c3 organization. Proceeds from the event benefit children with Type 1 Diabetes and Niki Warms the cold, a Cranfills Gap local organization that provides blankets, coats, and other winter gear to homeless across Texas. The event has really grown into a fun, foodie event that raises money for children with Type 1 Diabetes and Niki Warms the Cold. Over the last twelve years, we've been able to donate $939,000 to our supported charities!
