The BU Wheelock Institute for Early Childhood Well-Being hosts its 2025 Annual Keynote Lecture: Challenges to Child Health and Well-Being: A Global Perspective on Complex Systems by Dr. Adnan A. Hyder, Dean & Robert A. Knox Professor of Boston University School of Public Health. Dr. Hyder is recognized among the world’s premier scholars in health systems and policy. He has spent over 25 years working to improve global health in low- and middle-income countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, and pioneering empirical work around system design and constraints, biomedical ethics, and injury prevention in the developing world. After his lecture, please join us for a panel discussion.

The Annual Keynote Lecture is an opportunity for the BU community to hear from leaders about critical issues in early childhood policy, practice, advocacy, and research.
