We do not have specific hotels with room discounts, but there are many properties in Flagstaff within a short drive from the Observatory.

Is my registration transferrable?

Yes. To transfer your registration, contact Alice Ferris at alice.ferris@goalbusters.net.

What is the refund policy?

Requests for full refunds will be accepted until August 1, 2025 at 5 pm MST. After August 1, 2025 at 5 pm MST, refunds will be at the discretion of the AFP Northern Arizona Chapter. After Monday, August 18, 2025 at 5 pm MST, no refunds will be offered.
