Registration - OPENS JULY 1 @ 8:00AM
The registration fee is $60 a person for one division and $75 a person registering for two divisions. Register by August 10 and receive one (1) sized t-shirt with your registration fee. Please note that we are unable to include a t-shirt with registrations received after August 10.
Space is limited. Registration closes for the tournament on Wednesday, September 10 at 8:00 AM.
Instructions to register: Each player must register individually and identify their teammate as part of their registration.
Instructions to register for more than one event: If you want to play in both the Mixed Doubles Division and either the Men's or Women's Doubles Division, SELECT one of the following ticket combinations :
- (3.5 and above) Women's PLUS Mixed Doubles
- (3.4 and below) Women's PLUS Mixed Doubles
- (3.5 and above) Men's PLUS Mixed Doubles
- (3.4 and below) Men's PLUS Mixed Doubles
Tournament Information
This is a charity tournament where the proceeds will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. FUN makes this a FUNdraiser. All skill levels are welcome.
There are five team divisions for this tournament based on skill rating:
- Men’s Doubles (3.5 and above)
- Men’s Doubles (3.4 and below)
- Women’s Doubles (3.5 and above)
- Women’s Doubles (3.4 and below)
- Mixed Doubles (all skill levels)
Each division will consist of 14 teams who will compete in six games of round-robin pool play, using rally scoring to 15 by two points to win*. The top two teams in each division, by record/tiebreaker, will play in a championship game, using regular scoring to 11points.
Each team division will start at a set time (TBD) and play games continuously until all games are completed. Estimated start times for each will be determined based on the number of registered teams and the following:
- AM-All Women’s Doubles
- Mid-day – Mixed Doubles
- PM – All Men’s Doubles
Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before the estimated start time of each team division pool play. Teams will start at their designated time and there will be only a few minutes between each game. Each team will be notified of their game schedule.
First and second place medals will be awarded after championship.
* The number of games of play and scoring is subject to change and will depend on the number of teams that register per division.
Dinking Contest
You think you can DINK? We are having a dinking contest to see who can complete the most consecutive dinks in the kitchen with their partner. For an extra $10, you can add this to your registration. A prize will be awarded to the team that has the most dinks. More details to come!
T-shirts and a 50/50 Raffle
Don't forget to order an additional T-shirt or add a bundle of 50/50 raffle tickets to your registration. T-shirts are available for purchase between now and midnight on Sunday, August 10 (deadline). The 50/50 drawing will be completed during the tournament so grab your tickets now.
