Do I have to use the three vouchers on just one show?

You can redeem the vouchers for any combination of shows.

Can I only use a voucher for myself, or can I bring a friend?

Accepted Answer

Of course you can bring a friend! As long as they arrive with you and you provide an ID to verify that you are the buyer.

Question 3

Can I transfer my vouchers to a relative or friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you would need to contact the box office at 513-523-6228 to notify us that someone else will be using the vouchers. The person to whom they have been transferred would then need to bring an ID at the door to verify the transfer.

Can I return my vouchers for a refund?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, voucher package sales are final. However, if you find yourself in an unforeseen circumstance, leave a message on the OxACT box office phone (513-523-6228) to explain the situation and see if an exception can be made.

Will you mail me paper vouchers when I purchase online?

Accepted Answer

No, when you purchase a voucher package online, your name will be entered into a database that will be checked at the door when you arrive.

Is there a service charge for ordering vouchers online?

Accepted Answer

No. When you purchase single tickets for a show online, you have to pay the vendor fee, but when you purchase a voucher package, OxACT will absorb that fee--another way to save!

Why does the event schedule say it begins and ends on October 17?

Voucher package sales end when the season begins, and our first performance of our first show of the season is October 17. You do not have to attend that particular performance, but can redeem the vouchers for any performance of any of our 3 shows.

Our three productions this season are "Strong Girls and Powerful Women: Tales of Triumph"  by multiple authors; "Twelve Angry Jurors" by Sherman L. Sergel & Reginald Rose; and "Holy Days" by Sally Nemeth. Check our website at www.oxact.org for dates and times.
