Welcome to 2024 The Virtual Transplant Journey! Join us on Sat May 18, 2024 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time for an exciting online event. This virtual experience will take you on a journey from pre- through post-transplantation. This event is open to transplant professionals, donors, recipients, caregivers and anyone who wants to learn more about the transplant journey.
The event includes three concurrent breakout sessions - on the day of the event, you will log into your preferred session during the designated time frames. Sessions are open to all and pre-registration for individual sessions is not required.
Session Zoom links will be visible beginning Friday, May 17 at 5pm. All registered attendees will be notified by email.
