This is a hybrid event so attendees may choose to attend in-person or join virtually

Will interpretation be offered? ¿Se ofrecerá interpretación del inglés al español?

Yes! We will have interpreters providing their services throughout the event/ ¡Sí! Contaremos con intérpretes brindando sus servicios durante todo el evento.Simplemente háganos saber que necesita el servicio mientras se inscribe. Estará disponible tanto para quienes se unan en persona como online.

What do I do if I the registration fee is a barrier for me?

Accepted Answer

If you would like to attend the conference but the registration fees are an issue we can work with you! Reach out to info@scholarshipsaz.org for assistance. We also work with districts to sponsor groups of educators

Question 4

By when should I get tested for COVID if I am planning to attend in person?

Accepted Answer

We encourage all participants to get tested by Wednesday March 27th and no more than a week in advance before the event. If your test results are negative you do not have to report them.

Question 5

What if I start feeling sick when I arrive at the event?

Accepted Answer

Please let us know at the check-in table. We may ask that you join virtually instead, especially if you will be uncomfortable with wearing a mask.

Question 6

If I tested positive for COVID and I was planning to attend in person, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Please email us at info@scholarshipsaz.org to update us on your test results before the event takes place on April 6. If you were planning to attend in person, we will ask that you attend virtually instead. We will provide you with the Zoom link so you can do so.

Question 7

Where can I get tested for COVID?

Accepted Answer
